How do you ensure consistent quality for bulk orders?
We control quality from incoming materials to final shipment, including component inspection, CNC machining checks, assembly inspection, aging tests and final QC. Approved samples can be used as the standard for mass production.
What certifications and test reports can you provide for my market?
Depending on the product and destination market, we can support relevant compliance documents and testing requirements such as CE, RoHS, FCC, IP testing and lithium battery transportation documents. Please tell us your target market before ordering.
What can you customize for OEM / ODM projects?
We support logo engraving, housing colors, packaging, accessories, LED and battery configurations, as well as product structure and new tooling for qualified projects. Our engineering team can evaluate your concept, drawing or target specification.
What are your MOQ sample and production lead times?
